nice islandrude behaviour
the island itself looked nice, but that's about it.
The front desk staff was just awful. They acted like i was bothering them. i wanted a late checkout because of my kids, but they gave me a really hard time. it reminded me of i was asking for a free stay, not just 15 extra minutes.

Our premium beach villa had a convenient location near less frequented beaches. This made it a great choice. The diving center offers modern facilities.. The staff facilitates really good diving experiences. Massages felt great and the spa area was fine. The food available on the half board was great too.
Navigating the island can be difficult due to the lack of accurate signs, it would be great with improvement.

The staff was lovely and made eye contact alongside giving genuine smiles. This put me at ease. I got especially lovely service from the restaurant staff, as they had super kind and fun energy.

The villa was spacious and faithful to the photos, and we were facing the lagoon. Fish swam around us inside. We even saw small blacktip sharks, it was all pretty nice to see.

The pool area had plenty of space, and the dive center was well facilitated. Gardens are amazing, and the diverse species and several types of colorful plumeria trees don't just look great, they also smell great.

The island had amazing house reefs, it makes for a superb snorkeling experience. The hotel offers a short boat trip from the airport, so transferring to and from the island was simple and fast..

the staff was very friendly and helpful. their warm hospitality. a highlight was the sunset photography session with ibrahim. he has an really good eye for natural light, capturing genuine moments.
this service fell below expectations. they made no effort to resolve the issue. we found giant roaches dead in our room which raised concerns.
